CreditCardXpress and CreditCardXpress Community Edition are available only to merchants that acquire their merchant account through Elavon and register their merchant account under VenderID MA130017.

For new merchants applying for an Elavon merchant account the process is similar in nature to applying for an actual credit card. During the application process, Elavon determines your transaction rate which varies depending on many different factors.

If you happen to be a merchant with an existing Elavon merchant account, in order to use CreditCardXpress or CreditCardXpress Community Edition to process production transaction you will still need to register your merchant account under VenderID MA130017.

Since CFXWorks has no control over the period of time it takes Elavon to register a new Merchant account or transfer an existing account, we highly recommend that the Merchant register (or transfer) their Elavon Merchant Account prior to making the purchase of this product.

Registering or transferring an account can take anywhere from several days to a couple of weeks. The duration of the Elavon registration and transfer process is important to note because CFXWorks can not build or ship the production version of this product until: .

• The merchant completes the Elavon registration.
• CFXWorks verifies that the Merchant Account has properly been registered.
• Elavon has activated the account.
• All account information is correct.

It is the Merchants responsibility to be persistent with Elavon to ensure that their Merchant Account has properly been registered or transferred to CFXWorks' VenderID. Once again, CFXWorks' VenderID is MA130017.

In order to help merchants establish a new merchant account, Elavon has provided an Internet Account Check-Off Form which should be helpful when going through the initial setup process.

After you have been approved by Elavon and have received your terminalID, please contact CFXWorks and supply them with the name of the merchant, the new terminalID, and the name of the CFXWorks product you are using.

When CFXWorks receive your production Terminal ID and confirmation from Elavon that your Merchant account has been activated, we will provide you with the encrypted files required to run production transactions using CreditCardXpress or CreditCardXpress Community Edition.
