NovaXpress 400 is designed to allow RPG programmers access Elavon's payment servers by sending and receiving payment card transactions using data queues. NovaXpress 400 is also designed to provide RPG programmers access to strong encryption capabilities and to calculate and validate convenience fees used by authorized government agencies and institutions.
